Who we are

This website belongs to Pelangi Beach Homestay Amed, a family-run homestay at Br. Dinas Lebah, Purwa Kerthi, Abang, Karangasem, Bali 80852, Indonesia. When this policy says “we”, it means the family who run the homestay. You can reach us at pelangiamed@gmail.com.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form works entirely in your browser. When you press the button, it opens your own email app (or WhatsApp, if offered) with a message already written. Nothing is stored on this website and nothing is sent until you choose to send it from your own app.

Once you send a message, we receive your name, email address or phone number, your dates, the number of guests and anything you write in the notes. We use this only to answer your question and, if you go ahead, to arrange your stay or boat trip. Messages are kept in our email or WhatsApp account for as long as they are useful for that purpose.

Analytics

Only if you allow analytics cookies, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not share data for advertising. If you reject analytics, the script is not loaded at all.

Hosting and security logs

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it briefly processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse.

Links to other services

Links to Facebook, Google Maps and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. Nothing from them is embedded in this website.

• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Change your cookie choices at any time with the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
